Pray too for undergraduates looking towards state exams in June. Pakistan Pray for the work of the PAK Mission Society (PMS) as it serves unreached and underprivileged communities in Pakistan. Remember especially its young pastor’s development programme which offers mentoring and aims to help young pastors to develop leadership and managerial skills. Pray that God’s Word would dwell richly in the hearts of all those connected to the congregation of Dundalk. Sharon Heron, deaconess, International Meeting Point (IMP) Pray for Sharon in her role with the International Meeting Point. Pray also for asylum seekers coming into IMP as they begin a new journey in another country with a different set of challenging circumstances, such as finding a home, making friends and settling their families in very unfamiliar circumstances. Scripture Union (SU) Malawi Pray for Maropafadzo Chirwa-Chisalipo, as she serves as National Director of Scripture Union Malawi. Pray that SU Malawi’s work amongst young people to promote the reading of the Bible would bear much fruit throughout the country. Pray especially for the Chair of the Trustees, Mr Stephen Johnston and the Financial Secretary, Mr Ken Swarbrick, in their preparation for forthcoming meetings. Training in Ministry Prof Michael McClenahan continues in his role as Union College Principal. Give thanks for the gifts and grace of God at work in Michael’s life, and pray for him as he continues this demanding role. Pray for wisdom and energy, and ask the Lord to use Union to build his Church and further his kingdom. Pray that the residents will feel at home and enjoy living in our residential and nursing homes. Pray for all staff, giving thanks for their continued dedication to residents. Remember particularly, the activity coordinators as they arrange summer activities for the residents. Education As pupils and staff take time off over the Easter holidays, pray that this will be a time of refreshment. Pray especially for students preparing for examinations that they would find good rhythms of study and rest, and that they would have an assurance and understanding of God’s plan for their lives, whatever the results.
