Beside The Burn
“Beside The Burn”, is our daily devotional podcast.
The inspiration is Psalm 23 - 


The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 he restores my soul.
Psalms 23:1-3 (NIV)


Burnside Church was first planted beside a burn (a stream) and each day I want to encourage you to take time to sit down beside the burn with the word of God and ask the Holy Spirit to restore your soul. 


Each episode offers Bible teaching, prayer, and quiet reflection.

Let’s Pray For Staff - Mission Department 

Pray for Council for Mission (CMI) in Ireland Secretary Rick Hill as he coordinates the Council’s work across Ireland. Give thanks for those members of Council, committees and panels who give of their time to enable the work of CMI and pray particularly for conveners as they prepare for the various meetings in the term ahead.

Drogheda - Rev Damien Burke 

Pray for the various organisations and activities happening in the congregation in the month ahead such as the Sunday worship service, homegroups, Sunday school, young adult group, prayer gathering, toddlers’ group and youth group. Pray that leaders would be encouraged and strengthened for the year ahead.
