Let’s Pray For Kinghan ChurchSituated on Botanic Avenue in South Belfast, Kinghan Church ministers to the deaf community. Give thanks for those who attend weekly worship and lunch club along with various activities. Pray for the staff team – Judith and Claire, and those who lead Sunday worship. We praise God for such a place as Kinghan.
PCI’s Press Officer Mark Smith is PCI’s Press Officer, supporting the work and mission of the church through media engagement and providing advice and support to colleagues, congregations and presbyteries. Pray for wisdom, grace and creativity; and that Jesus would be glorified through his work.
General Council Pray for the work of the General Assembly Structures and Review Panel, convened by Rev David Irvine and chaired by Very Rev Dr William Henry. Pray for wisdom as it looks at how to reorganize and reconfigure the central work undertaken by the General Assembly.
Training in MinistryThe Conciliation Panel is busy with more cases than usual. Pray for the people involved in these, and the conciliators, that there will be positive resolutions. Pray too for the training workshops the Panel offers, mostly to kirk sessions and committees - that these would bring renewed unity in the service of the Lord Jesus.
