Let’s Pray For General Council  
Pray for the General Assembly Trustees as they fulfil their role within the life of the Church. Pray especially for the Chair of the Trustees, Mr Stephen Johnston and the Financial Secretary, Mr Ken Swarbrick, in their preparation for forthcoming meetings.

Training in Ministry
​Prof Michael McClenahan continues in his role as Union College Principal. Give thanks for the gifts and grace of God at work in Michael’s life, and pray for him as he continues this demanding role. Pray for wisdom and energy, and ask the Lord to use Union to build his Church and further his kingdom.

Let’s Pray For Care staff 
Pray for both the residents and staff within our services. Pray that the residents will feel at home and enjoy living in our residential and nursing homes. Pray for all staff, giving thanks for their continued dedication to residents. Remember particularly, the activity coordinators as they arrange summer activities for the residents.   

Education     
​As pupils and staff take time off over the Easter holidays, pray that this will be a time of refreshment. Pray especially for students preparing for examinations that they would find good rhythms of study and rest, and that they would have an assurance and understanding of God’s plan for their lives, whatever the results.

Praise God for those from many backgrounds who have joined our Sunday services this year. Pray all may hear the truth of the gospel this Easter, understand the significance of Jesus’ resurrection and come to experience the free grace of God.

Home Mission ministers   
​An annual overnight gathering is taking place next week for Home Mission ministers. Pray this will be a time of refreshment, encouragement and fellowship as colleagues connect with one another. Pray also for Rev Darran McCorriston who will be leading the Bible teaching.

Let’s Pray For Csaba & Ilona Veres, global mission workers, Hungary   
Pray for Csaba and Ilona as they spend time studying God’s Word together with the young people who in recent weeks have been attending Christianity Explored, that these young people would be rooted and built up in Christ and strengthened in faith. Pray also for those attending membership classes to be encouraged in their relationship with God.

The Cross Reformed Centre  
​Pray for the work of the Cross Reformed Centre as it supports those congregations of the Nepali Reformed Church whose members come from challenging socio-economic backgrounds, especially in farming and other income-generating activities.

Give thanks for the warm welcome to our new minister in January and the opportunities to become involved in the local community. Pray for the door-to-door work in the new housing estates and for the new families that have begun to attend. Pray for encouragement and
