At the moment we are reminding ourselves of some of the things we have been learning from God’s word this year.


Let’s Pray For Ilona and Csaba Veres, global mission workers, Hungary Give thanks for the camps and outreaches that took place during the summer months and pray for their fruitfulness. Remember Csaba and Ilona as they settle back into work after a recent holiday.

LatviaPray for the work of the Baltic Reformed Theological Seminary, especially Mr Artis Celmins, Director, as he develops the work of the Seminary, and for the students taking courses in-person and online.

Let’s Pray For John Coulter, chaplain in Ulster University, ColerainePlease pray that at the start of a new academic year, John would renew and build on relationships with students and staff developed in previous years and that, new relationships would be established. Pray for John as he works in cooperation with the Christian Union in various joint ministry projects.

Donegal and Stranorlar Pray for these congregations as they meet for worship, that the members will have experienced a time of refreshment over the summer and know the Lord’s equipping for the next church year. Pray also that a new minister would be identified in the coming months.

Let’s Pray For Knowing the blessings of God in worship  ‘May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.’ Romans 15:13. 
Ask that as you worship today you may know the blessings of God’s overflowing hope, joy and peace.

Naomi Leremore, global mission worker, Kenya    

Pray for Naomi and her family as they adjust to life and work back in Nairobi following a time of rest and refreshment in Northern Ireland, and especially for God’s comfort as they grieve the death of Naomi’s Dad at the end of July. 

Nepal Pray for the United Mission to Nepal (UMN) as they take forward the process of selecting and appointing new board members, especially seeking those with skills in finance, fundraising, organizational change and human resource management.

Let’s Pray For Mission Department Staff   

Pray for the staff team in the PCI Mission Department as they prepare to help support the Church in this new year of work and witness in Ireland and globally.

Please pray for ‘Amazing Kids’, a monthly Sunday club for children with additional needs. Thank God for the connections made since starting this ministry in February and for more opportunities to serve and bless children and families in this precious community.
