This week as we journey through Lent we are being guided by the book “Quietness & Trust” by Matt Searles. Even if you don’t have the book you can still listen each day, but the book will contain additional information including prayers and a pattern of worship to follow each day. There are also songs to listen to each day of Lent and a Lent playlist.
Remember that there will be readings Monday to Saturday each week with a break each Sunday.

Let’s Pray For General Council
Pray for the General Assembly Trustees as they fulfil their role within the life of the Church. Pray especially for the Chair of the Trustees, Mr Stephen Johnston and the Financial Secretary, Mr Ken Swarbrick, in their preparation for forthcoming meetings.
Training in Ministry
Prof Michael McClenahan continues in his role as Union College Principal. Give thanks for the gifts and grace of God at work in Michael’s life, and pray for him as he continues this demanding role. Pray for wisdom and energy, and ask the Lord to use Union to build his Church and further his kingdom.
