Let’s Pray For Council for Social Witness
The Council will report to the Assembly this afternoon on its work during the past year. Pray for Rev David Brice, convener and Mr Dermot Parsons, Council Secretary as they bring their report particularly focusing on Safeguarding within our denomination. Give thanks for the commitment of the Council who ensure services that distinctively reflect the Christian ethos of PCI are available for all within our care.
Council for Public Affairs
Please pray for the convener of the Council of Public Affairs, Rev Daniel Kane and the Public Affairs Officer Dr Bex Stevenson as they present their Council report to the General Assembly, and pray for those listening that they will be inspired to engage confidently with these issues in the public square.
