50th Anniversary
This year marks the 50th Anniversary of Burnside Presbyterian Church and to mark the occasion the Moderator Rt. Rev. Dr. Richard Murray will conduct worship on Sunday 6th April 2025.
Afterwards there will be a meal in the Church Hall costing £23 per person (Payment can be placed in an envelope and given to Janice or Rea)
Please sign sheet in Vestibule on Sunday if you intend to stay for the meal and indicate menu choices.
Main Course - Roast Silverside of Beef or Roast Supreme Of Chicken wrapped in Smoked Bacon
Dessert - Homemade Apple Tart with Custard or Strawberry Roulade
Everyone is welcome, including our seasonal visitors.

Lenten Bible Study - Quietness & Trust
There are a few additional copies available if you didn’t manage to order, costing £2 and starting this week on Ash Wednesday (5th March 2025).

Easter Young People’s Mission Week
14th-18th April organised by the youth workers in the local churches with events taking place at Portstewart Baptist Church.
Kids Club 10:30am-12:30pm
Street Reach 10:30am-12:30pm
Youth 7:30pm-9:30pm
Anyone 14+ can volunteer to help and Adults especially needed for Street Reach, helping in practical ways around the town. Help with Catering and providing traybakes for the week would also be appreciated. See Richard for more details.

Organised by Burnside Presbyterian Church Indoor Bowling Club at 7:00pm on Sunday 23rd March 2025. The guest speaker will be Rev. Alan Dickey and our worship will be led by Coleraine Community Choir. Service followed by supper in the church Hall. Everyone very welcome.

Barnabas Aid Food Appeal
With the help of Barnabas Aid, the PW are contributing dried food to be sent by Container to Christians in Lebanon. If you would like to help, please bring food and leave in the vestibule over the next few weeks. Items that are required - Rice, Salt, Sugar, Lentils, Chickpeas, Dried Beans, Dried Broad Beans and Dried Peas, in bags only (No Tins) Please ensure that the Best Before Date is at least 10 months ahead. Friendship Hour
The next Friendship Hour will be the Easter Afternoon Tea (you can skip lunch in preparation) at 2:00pm on Tuesday 18th March 2025. Everyone is welcome. If you haven’t already, please sign the sheet in the vestibule or speak to Helen or David Murphy so that we know numbers for catering.
Christian Unions Ireland
The next CUI meeting is at 8:15pm on Sunday 2nd March 2025. If you have an interest in supporting the Christian Unions that meet in the North West (Coleraine, Magee and Letterkenny) then you will be very welcome. See Jewel Carson for more information.

The Presbytery Mission in Ireland Rally will take place at 7:00pm on Sunday 16th March 2025 in Terrace Row Presbyterian Church in Coleraine. Everyone is welcome to join us as we support the Mission in Ireland of our Presbyterian Church.
