The annual PW service took place on Palm Sunday 29th March 2015. The praise was led by Causeway Chorale and the guest speaker was Rev. Alan Buick from Dunluce Presbyterian, who is pictured below with PW branch leader Mrs. Frances Bleakley.

Jonny, Ruth, Grace and Victoria Fawcett are taking part in a sponsored swim in aid of Marie Curie on18th April 2015 at Coleraine Leisure Centre. They plan to swim 15km between them, that’s 600 lengths (the distance from Portstewart to the Giant’s Causeway. More details on the church website.
A team Giving Page set up http://my.swimathon.org/sponsor/team-fawcett-4/donate The annual service organised by Burnside Indoor Bowling Club, took place on Sunday 22nd March 2015. £1030 was raised for Diabetes UK, thank you to everyone who gave so generously.  Pictured above are Mr. Davis Clarke (Captain of Burnside Indoor Bowling Club, Rev. Dennis Bannerman (Guest Preacher) and Rev. Richard Gregg (Minister of Burnside).   Coleraine Community Choir led the worship during the service.  The offering at the service was taken for Diabetes UK, and a cheque for £1030 was handed over by Davis Clarke to Jacqueline Rosborough (treasurer) and Albert (Chair) of Diabetes UK Coleraine Group. The Friendship Hour gathered on St. Patrick's Day for Irish Stew and Apple Tart. Once again the beautiful flower arrangements in church are outstanding. We always enjoy the tea and coffee after the Family service on the first Sunday of each month. |
