Dear Friends of Burnside,
What do you know with absolute certainty?
This Sunday, we are beginning an intriguing new sermon series titled "What Do You Know?" inspired by a Naval Chaplain's unique approach to starting meaningful conversations. Instead of asking the usual "How are you?" and getting the predictable "I'm fine," he simply asks people "What do you know?"
This week, we're turning to one of the Bible's most tested characters - Job. In his darkest hour, having lost his children, wealth, health, and the support of loved ones, Job made one of the most profound declarations of certainty in Scripture. What did he know that gave him such unshakeable hope?
Join us this Sunday at 11:00am as we explore:
- What we can know with certainty in uncertain times
- How personal knowledge of God transforms our perspective
- Finding light in life's darkest moments
- Making Job's powerful confession our own
Whether you're going through challenges or simply seeking deeper spiritual truth, this service will help you discover what you truly know about God and His faithfulness.
Why not bring a friend who might be searching for certainty in their own life.
Looking forward to seeking truth together,
