Let’s Pray For Willow BrookWillow Brook provides supported housing for nine tenants with a learning disability. Pray for Liz Wilson, manager, and Karen McKay, clerical officer. Give thanks for the staff team and the work they do with the tenants. Pray that tenants will feel encouraged to live as independently as possible with the help and care of staff and will enjoy living in a Christian environment.

General CouncilPray for the Clerk as he represents our Church at the World Council of Reformed Churches
(European Council) - meeting next week in Thessaloniki. Pray that this might be an encouraging meeting, particularly for our partner churches working in difficult and challenging situations in Eastern Europe.

Council for Training in MinistryThird year ministry students are due to have what’s known as an “Exit Interview”. The student, a member of college staff and a member of presbytery meet to review the student’s training. When satisfactorily completed, the student is licensed by presbytery, usually in June. Give thanks for these students and pray for them as they reach the end of their college training.

Let’s Pray For Michaela Tuccillo, community outreach worker in Abbey, Monkstown Pray for Michaela as she seeks to make contact with those in the community with little connection to a church. Pray also for her preparation as she leads a weekly Bible study on the gospel of Mark.

Drogheda    Pray for the upcoming church weekend that will take place on 13-14 May; that there will be fun and fellowship and that this time will facilitate good teaching, conversations and deeper relationships in the congregation.

Pray for small group leaders in Coleraine who have been meeting monthly to be equipped as leaders and Christians in this cultural moment. On 26th April, small group leaders will be meeting to reflect and consider how small groups have created community and belonging for students on campus. Pray that these leaders would feel invested in, cared for, and be able to pour that out on others.
Pray for the handover and future of the Queen’s CU International small group, that the group will continue to grow and that they will be able to integrate more into CU life.

Let’s Pray For Rev Graham Stockdale, lead chaplain in HMP Maghaberry Pray for Graham as he coordinates chaplaincy in the prison and seeks to serve and share the love of Jesus with prisoners, their families and the staff in the prison.
